01. The “black9” promotion (hereinafter: the “Promotion”) is organized by ORION MEDIA GROUP SP. Z O.O. SP. K., with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Niekłańska 35 lok. 3, 03-924 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the KRS, under KRS number 0000480304, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 1132869511, and REGON: 146909237, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
02. These terms and conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) define the rules of participation in the Promotion on the marketin9 platform available at https://www.marketin9.com (hereinafter: the “Platform”).
03. Any individual or legal entity with an account on the Platform and meeting the conditions specified in the Terms (hereinafter: the “User”) may participate in the Promotion.
04. The Promotion is valid from November 25, 2024, at 12:00 PM Polish time until December 3, 2024, at 11:59 PM Polish time.

02. The Promotion applies exclusively to top-ups made during the Promotion period; top-ups made before or after this period are not eligible for the Bonus.
03. Funds credited with the Bonus may only be used to purchase services available on the Platform, as specified in the Platform’s standard terms and conditions.
04. The Bonus cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits outside the scope defined in these Terms.
05. By participating in Promotion, User agrees to comply with these Terms and the General Terms and conditions of the Platform.
01. The Bonus is credited once for each account top-up of at least PLN 1,000 net.
02. The Bonus amount constitutes 15% of the top-up value. The credited Bonus cannot be further increased or transferred to other Users’ accounts.
03. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the correctness of transactions before crediting the Bonus.
01. The “black9” Promotion applies exclusively to account top-ups meeting the conditions specified in these Terms.
02. Discounts and rebates available for “black9” Promotion include special offers with maximum discount up to 70%. These offers are available within individual services and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
03. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms of the Promotion at any time without providing a reason, provided that such changes do not infringe upon rights acquired by Users prior to the changes.
01. Complaints regarding the Promotion should be submitted electronically to the email address: help@marketin9.com.
02. Each complaint must include the User’s full details and a detailed description of the issue.
03. The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the User of the outcome via email. The Organizer’s decision regarding complaints is final and not subject to further appeal.
01. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the general terms and conditions of the marketin9 Platform.
02. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the rules of the marketin9 Platform’s general terms and conditions and the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.
03. Any disputes related to the Promotion will be resolved by the court competent for the Organizer’s registered office.
04. These Terms are available on the marketin9 Platform website and take effect on the Promotion’s start date.
